SaveLIFE Foundation (SLF) is on a mission to save lives on roads across India. Since 2012, over 1.5 million people have been killed in road crashes in India and close to 5 million have been left seriously injured or permanently disabled. Besides the insurmountable emotional trauma that thousands of families must suffer each year, road crashes deal a crushing economic blow to many families.

SLF is a fast-growing, specialised organisation with a proven track-record of delivering large-scale impact. We are best known for getting India its Good Samaritan Law and developing the “Zero-Fatality Corridor” solution to transform dangerous highways into “safeways”. We are registered as a not-for-profit organisation to ensure complete mission alignment.

We are seeking a Manager, Founder’s Office who can perform diverse research, administrative, and support functions for the CEO while maintaining the high-standards associated with our work. In this role you will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and success for the company. The position reports to Founder and CEO, Piyush Tewari.

Role and Responsibilities

The Manager, Founder’s Office role serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Founder. The ideal candidate will be creative and committed to public service. Responsibilities include:

●Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Founder, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determining the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

●Ensuring that the Founder's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Founder's time and office.

●Working closely and effectively with the Founder to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acting as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues in the work environment and keeping the Founder updated.

●Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the Founder’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

●Ensuring that the Founder's bio is kept updated and responding to requests for materials regarding the Founder and the organization in general.

●Supporting the arrangement of organizational events where the Founder is directly involved.

●Undertaking any other administrative activities and responsibilities as required.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

●Minimum 3 years of experience in managing the offices of C-level executives. Appropriate educational qualifications.

●Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media platforms.

●Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

●Strong written and verbal communication skills - Articulate, thoughtful, professional and highly responsive communication style.

●Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
