2. Onboarding New Centers – Process Adoption
● New center setup and ensure smooth handover to sales and marketing team for execution
● Assisting the new centre in hiring the team and setting up the required infrastructure in classrooms and laboratories as per the guidelines
● Organize training on all SOPs at time of onboarding to ensure quality standards across all centers
● Know all project related SOP, and clear mandated exam/trainings within two weeks of project assignment
● Improvement in existing SOP from learnings collected from execution on a quarterly basis through documented version update of SOP with approval from CEO.
