Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager - Partnerships & Alliances based in Chennai to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with leading private universities in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You will leverage your network to connect with key stakeholders, such as Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, Vice Presidents, Directors and Deans, to build relationships and expand the reach of Virohan. Your

primary focus will be on forging mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with these universities through revenue-sharing models for launching/running Allied Health Science programs.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Business Development & Partnerships:

1. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with top-tier NAAC A, A+ and A++ private universities in target regions.

2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential university partners in the region

3. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders (Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, Deans, etc.) at target universities.

4. Lead negotiations and close partnership agreements with favorable terms and conditions.

b) Industry Expertise:

1. Develop in-depth knowledge of Allied Health Sciences to position yourself as a trusted advisor and consultant to universities.

2. Ensure compliance with all relevant UGC guidelines and regulations and stay updated on all UGC policy requirements.

3. Continuously monitor market trends and competitive activity in the Allied Health Sciences sector to proactively adapt partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

c) Cross Functional Collaboration:

1. Collaborate with Internal teams and partnered universities for handover and to successfully launch and integrate Virohan's Programs on their campuses.

2. Oversee Partner Success and Academics teams to ensure seamless program implementation and ongoing support.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

Experience:

● 5 -10+ years of experience in B2B EdTech Sales/Account Management/Partnerships, specifically targeting universities and colleges

● Strong network within the higher education sector, particularly in universities

● Proven track record of successful partnerships with owners & senior academic leaders at universities and colleges

● Must possess fluency in the Tamil language

Skills:

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil are essential for this role.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
