Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven HR professional to join our team as an Operations Associate – HR Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment while developing expertise in HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role will focus heavily on exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across all HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure end-to-end execution of HR processes, particularly exit formalities, including clearance, documentation, and final settlements.
- Data Management & Reporting: Create and manage HR dashboards, reports, and spreadsheets to track employee lifecycle processes, attrition trends, and compliance.
- Excel/Google Sheets Expertise: Develop dynamic reports, automate data tracking, and ensure accuracy across multiple datasets.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain precise employee records, HR compliance documentation, and process trackers.
- Corporate Hygiene & Process Adherence: Ensure organizational policies are implemented consistently and professionally across HR operations.
- HRMS & Payroll Coordination: Work with HRMS tools to update employee records, reconcile payroll data, and maintain accuracy in reporting.
- Employee Support & Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, exit formalities, and compliance-related queries.
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, with a strong focus on exit management, compliance, and data handling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and automated reporting.
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and compliance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
- Process-driven mindset, ensuring consistency and efficiency in HR operations.
- Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho People, SAP) is preferred.
