Role Overview:
As a Physiotherapy Facilitator, you will teach and guide students of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program. You will help them build the right knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to work in the healthcare field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Deliver Subject Knowledge Effectively: Teach physiotherapy subjects such as anatomy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy through both theory and practical sessions, using relatable examples and interactive methods to enhance understanding and student engagement.
• Mentor and Guide Students: Regularly track student performance and provide personalized guidance to address academic challenges, resolve doubts, and build motivation. Offer timely interventions to support both academic and behavioral growth.
• Supportive Learning Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes open communication, participation, and continuous improvement. Encourage feedback and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
• Assessment and Progress Tracking: Conduct assessments, maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback, and ensure consistent communication with the corporate academic team for student progress updates.
• Adhere to Academic Standards: Adhere to institutional policies, uphold training quality, and continuously work on self-improvement to provide students with the best learning experience.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have Qualification: BPT or MPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Master of Physiotherapy) Experience: 2+ year in teaching or working as a physiotherapist Skills: Good communication Passion for teaching Friendly and patient with students Basic computer and tech skills
