Our vision is to create a single source of truth for operational performance, enabling timely interventions, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring that the business can scale predictably. The Operations Analytics function will form the backbone of this vision, providing accurate data, clear metrics, and deep insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.

- Create automated dashboards and reports to support decision-making for ops leaders and cross-functional teams.
● Unifying Operational Data Sources
- Integrate data from multiple departments (admissions, student engagement, placements, finance) to give a single source of truth.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process optimisations backed by data.
● Driving Insights for Process Improvement
- Analyse high-volume, complex datasets to uncover patterns, forecast trends, and support strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure insights translate into action.
● KPI Tracking & Measurement
- Define, measure, and monitor key operational metrics, building alerts and early-warning systems.
You are the right fit if:
- 2–4 years of experience in Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data Science / Operations Strategy.
- Strong in SQL & Excel; comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
- Proficient in Python (good to have for automation and advanced analytics).
- Experienced in creating and automating dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Detail-oriented, with a knack for spotting opportunities others miss.
- Strong stakeholder management skills—able to work with multiple teams to drive initiatives forward.
- Proactive, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
What’s in it for you:
- Great set of peers to work with, who value mutual respect and clear communication
- Right to win - The founding team understands business and has a clear vision to chase
- Opportunity to work on a critical role, which will have a direct and big impact
- Transparent work culture with ‘No door’ policy
- A chance to join a high potential company very early, with competitive compensation.
