Roles and Responsibilities:
● Sourcing new Sales Opportunities through Outbound calling.
● Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
● Understanding customers' needs and pitching the Virohan business model to them.
● Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
● Identifying the right leads, creating a rapport with a new prospect over the phone, email and in person meetings.
● Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
● Following up with prospects and scheduling appointments with the sales manager for further development and closure.
● Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects across different regions in India.
● Provide appropriate reports and analysis on a daily/weekly basis and solicit feedback.

● Exhibits enthusiasm and confidence in communication.
● Demonstrates strong listening skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
● Capable of achieving set targets.
● Bilingual - fluent in both English and Hindi.
