Role Overview
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the planning, creation, and execution of content across digital platforms, including social media, WhatsApp, and brand campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content, drive audience engagement, and ensure brand consistency. This role offers hands-on exposure to content marketing, campaign management, and performance-driven marketing initiatives.
What you’ll be responsible for?
- Manage and publish content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging content ideas for social media, performance ads, and brand campaigns
- Write clear and compelling copy for posts, advertisements, website, and marketing collateral
- Execute Whatsapp drip campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and external agenciesto bring content to life
- Support end-to-end execution of brand and marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels
- Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements and alignment
- Track content performance and optimize based on insights and data
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices.
An ideal candidate should have:
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or social media roles.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Good understanding of platform-specific formats (Reels, carousels, ads, etc.)
- Creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas quickly
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as CTR, engagement, and conversions
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields (Preferred)
- Master’s in marketing is a plus
