Roles and Responsibilities:
● Manage student experience through effective calling and communication.
● Handle student grievances raised via the Virohan App, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
● Collect relevant student documents for compliance purposes.
● Analyze student feedback to identify process gaps and recommend improvements. ● Collaborate with internal teams for process enhancement through strong stakeholder management.
● Maintain high standards of operational efficiency at the corporate level.
● Demonstrate accountability and openness to feedback, reflecting it in continuous self-improvement.
● Implement innovative ideas to improve student experience and operations.
● Lead by example with strong team management and leadership capabilities.
The Successful Applicant:
● 0–3 years of work experience in operations, customer service, or a related field.
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● High emotional intelligence and empathy in handling student concerns.
● Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
● Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
● Leadership and team management skills.
● Open-minded and proactive in implementing feedback and new ideas.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
