Role Overview:
As an Associate – Student Operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end student fee operations, ensuring financial accuracy, policy compliance, and seamless operational execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve student queries, drive process improvements, maintain operational dashboards, and enhance the overall student experience through efficient execution and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Fee & Financial Operations
● Manage end-to-end student fee operations, including upgrades, refunds, reconciliations, and fee-related exceptions.
● Ensure financial accuracy through validations, discount verification, bonafide issuance, and policy compliance.
2. Stakeholder & Student Support
● Collaborate with Campus, Academics, Finance, Student Operations, and Partner teams to resolve student queries and operational issues.
● Act as the primary point of contact for complex financial and operational escalations.
3. Data Analysis & Operational Reporting
● Prepare and analyze MIS, dashboards, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
● Validate students and upgrade data to ensure reporting accuracy and incentive compliance.
4. Process Excellence & Compliance
● Monitor dropout tracking, confirmations, and adherence to operational processes across campuses.
● Identify process gaps and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Communication, Documentation & Decision Making
● Draft and communicate SOPs, policy updates, and process guidelines to stakeholders.
● Analyze operational challenges, review exception cases, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational effectiveness.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in Student Operations, Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar operational role.
● Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
