🎯 Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Curator & Presenter who will support the development of high-quality educational content for Virohan’s paramedical and healthcare programs.
The role involves creating, reviewing, presenting, and recording learning content in both Hindi and English, ensuring that all content is accurate, engaging, learner-friendly, and aligned with Virohan’s academic and editorial standards.
This position is ideal for someone with a healthcare/life sciences background, strong communication skills, and an interest in education, content creation, and social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and reviewing educational content for paramedical programs, including:
- E-learning modules
- Textbook handouts
- Presentations
- Medical animations
- Educational videos
- Case studies
- Theory and practical learning material
- Developing content related to:
- Technical healthcare subjects
- Practical skill-based learning
- Soft skills and employability skills
- Designing assessments for:
- Formative evaluation
- Summative evaluation
- Student learning checks and quizzes
- Presenting and recording educational videos in Hindi and English.
- Ensuring all content follows Virohan’s editorial, academic, and quality guidelines.
- Proofreading and editing content to ensure grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Coordinating with internal team members, subject matter experts, designers, and video teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Virohan’s learning resources and student experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a health-related field such as:
- Medicine
- Life Sciences
- Allied Health Sciences
- Nursing
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Pharmacy or related domains
- 1-2 years of experience in Biology related content creation.
- Good written communication skills.
- Strong command over English and Hindi.
- Ability to present educational content clearly and confidently on camera.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic content creation tools.
- Strong proofreading skills with excellent grammar.
- Ability to simplify technical healthcare concepts for students.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
