What youʼll be responsible for?
Your Role:
  • Deliver engaging and conceptua ly strong HM & AI sessions for students, ensuring clarity, practical relevance, and alignment with the prescribed academic curriculum.
  • Support students in mastering key healthcare management concepts—from healthcare delivery systems, hospital operations and management practices, patient coordination, human resource management, bi ling, inventory, procurement and supply chain management to digital literacy, AI & healthcare data analytics.
  • Resolve academic doubts and build confidence in students to apply theory to real-world scenarios.
  • Facilitate classroom learning through effective facilitation & teaching methods, discussions, demonstrations, activities, and student engagement.
  • Conduct assessments, track learner progress, and provide timely academic feedback to help students improve their performance.
  • Maintain classroom discipline, attendance, academic records, and required documentation as per campus and academic processes.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Academics team and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth academic delivery and continuity for students.
  • Actively receive and implement feedback from academic leadership, students, and quality reviews to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
An ideal candidate should have:
  • Minimum Required Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration with a strong understanding of hospital operations, patient-facing processes, healthcare documentation, and healthcare-management practices.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their responsible application in healthcare administration wi l be preferred. Excellent classroom facilitation ski ls with the ability to keep learners engaged, motivated, and focused.
  • Prior experience in teaching, facilitation, academic training, or mentoring students will be preferred.
  • Openness to feedback and a growth mindset toward teaching methods, student learning outcomes, and academic processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and collaborate effectively with campus teams.
  • Organized and responsible in order to manage sessions, assessments, documentation, and learner follow-ups.
